TALENT DEVELOPMENT

DARE-TO-SERVE TRAINING PROGRAM

About

01. ABOUT

Our client for this project was James Madison University (JMU) Talent Development, which is located in the Wine-Price building on campus. Their main job is to provide opportunities for further education of JMU employees through training seminars.  In particular, our group was communicating with Gail Napora and Kendall Perez, who gave specific guidelines and regular feedback as we went through this process. JMU Talent Development’s mission is “to grow the talents of JMU employees” which we took into consideration when creating this project.

Our team consists of four people from different academic backgrounds who are all completing their capstone within the Human Resource Development Minor- Sierra Swanson, Brittany Clements, Lauren DiRenzo, and Steve Smallwood. This project was completed over the course of 4 months, in which during that time we worked tirelessly with Talent Development and other resources in order to finds the best way to communicate and teach servant leadership
